About Weld-Tech Kalicki

My name is Arkadiusz Kalicki — a welder and industrial fitter with over ten years of experience working on process installations, steel structures and tank assemblies for the food, chemical and production industries across the Netherlands and Europe.

I hold a technical education as a professional industrial equipment installer and mechanic, along with a wide range of qualifications certified by TÜV SÜD in TIG 141, MIG/MAG 135/136/138 and MMA 111, covering stainless steel, duplex, carbon steel and FM3–FM6 material groups.

My experience includes:
– Tata Steel IJmuiden, where I performed 141/135/136/111 welding on pipes prepared for full NDT inspection (UT, RT, PT, VT),
– Polish and Norwegian installation companies, where I worked on stainless and duplex tanks, steel structures (2–120 mm), industrial stairs, railings, process components and prefabricated elements.

I work according to EN ISO standards, read isometrics and technical drawings, and operate laser cutting and flame-cutting equipment as well as machining tools such as lathes and milling machines. I also hold VCA-VOL, ATEX Awareness, and have proven experience working safely at heights.
